Under the guidance of Principal Capt. Dr. Maqdoom Farooqui, the Lifelong Learning & Extension Unit of Maulana Azad College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Chh. Sambhajinagar, organized a health check-up camp on 10-10-2026 (Saturday) for elderly persons at its adopted village, Islampurwadi, Taluka Khuldabad, District Chh. Sambhajinagar. The elderly villagers were examined for blood pressure, random blood sugar, pulse rate, and oxygen saturation by Dr. Afsha Shaikh of the Health Centre. Dr. Shaikh Tarannum Tanveer (Professor, Department of Zoology) and Unit Coordinator Dr. Ashfaque Khan were present. The overall management was handled by non-teaching staff members Mr. Jalil Pathan and Mr. Shaikh Ifteqaur. The activity aimed to promote health awareness and well-being among elderly villagers.
